Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 in fraudulent charges. If your bank exercises its right to hold you liable for that $50.00, Northland Dumpsters will reimburse you up to the full $50.00.
This applies only when the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted from a purchase made with www.northlanddumpsters.com through our secure server and was caused by no fault of your own.
If you suffer a loss due to unauthorized use of your card, you must notify your credit card company immediately, following the reporting rules and procedures they have provided you.
